Root
Stone
Feather
& Bone…
…lives where many paths meet—where ritual, ceremony, magick, and shamanic practices have taken root through years of practice and lived experience.
Root anchors and nourishes. Stone holds strength and the memories of the Earth. Feather moves between worlds, bridging the seen and unseen. Bone carries the story of ancestors and the timeless dance of life, death and transformation.
Through ritual, ceremony, magick and practices that honour the spirits of the land, each session asks you to step beyond the ordinary and meet yourself more fully in the extraordinary. Walk with me, walk with our kin, let us see a different path before us one with song, with story, with stillness, with dance and connection with fellow beings seen and unseen.
Sessions are guided by experience, insight, and respect for the work. Offerings include individual sessions and gatherings, held on the land or within a private space.
As a young teen, I began experiencing prophetic dreams—vivid and insistent. The first dreams happened days before July 31st, 1987, known as “Black Friday,” the day an F4 tornado struck Edmonton. Over time, those dreams gave way to more of a knowing—an ability to sense things I didn’t have the language for at the time. I was naturally drawn to tarot cards, various earth-based practices, the strange, the different—because that’s how I felt. I read many books and took many courses that furthered me on my path.
This ‘knowing’ became the foundation of my work as a holistic practitioner, strengthening over two decades, shifting and changing depending on my clients’ needs.
In 2015, I was drawn to shamanic practices and began in-person study with Gizelle Rhyon-Berry. That work marked a shift into deeper personal healing and more intentional practice.
Around that same time, after taking courses on facilitating Sacred Circles, I began gathering women (mostly clients) in what became the Sacred Circle of Divinely Groovy Women—a space to show up as you are, rooted in connection, exploring practices such as witchcraft, drumming, journeying, guided meditation, and seasonal and lunar rituals. While those circles discontinued during the pandemic, I knew I was moving beyond them, as something different was taking shape—shaped by many teachers, many interests, and a need to find what truly resonates with me.
Over the past years, I have continued to deepen my studies and practice in witchcraft, herbcraft, ritual, ancestral medicine, and rootwork.
What I share now is the knowledge I have gained over the years, and the practices I can call my own.
